Raised in the Canadian prairies, Alexandra has lived in Europe since 2016 and is currently travelling in Western Europe after several years in northern Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden.


She has been working as a food photographer since 2014 and published her first cookbook in 2021. Her work has been featured in numerous online and print publications.


Alexandra is the writer and photographer behind the Occasionally Eggs blog and a member of the BAKED collective. 


When she’s not behind the camera or computer, you’ll find Alexandra hiking in the woods, baking bread in her kitchen, or working with her hands.
